We offer a variety of secure and convenient payment options. You can pay via Cash on Delivery (COD), or use mobile banking services including Nagad, bKash, Rocket, and Upay.
Are there any hidden fees when I place an order?
Absolutely not! The total price you see at the checkout page, which includes the product price and standard delivery charge, is exactly what you will pay.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Usually, it takes 2 to 3 working days for deliveries inside Dhaka, and 3 to 5 working days for outside Dhaka.
Can I track the status of my order?

How will I receive my refund money?
Once your return request is approved and the item is sent back to our vendor, we will process your refund directly to your preferred mobile banking wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) within 3 to 5 working days.
