1. Introduction and Agreement

Welcome to our e-commerce platform (UKRA). By registering as a vendor (seller) on our site, you fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from registering as a vendor.

2. Vendor Registration and Eligibility

    • You must be at least 18 years old to register as a vendor.
    • During registration, you must provide accurate information, including your name, address, phone number, email, bank details, and necessary business documents (e.g., Trade License, National ID).
    • To become a vendor, you must submit your information by filling out our official registration form here: UKRA Vendor Registration Form.
    • If any information provided is found to be false or forged, UKRA reserves the right to terminate your account at any time.

3. Product Listing and Quality Control

  • Vendors may only upload genuine, legal, and high-quality products to their shops.
  • Product images, descriptions, and prices must be 100% accurate. Do not use copyrighted images from other websites.
  • Products that are out of stock must not be displayed as "In Stock" on the website.

4. Pricing and Commission

  • The vendor holds the full right to determine the price of their products; however, it must be consistent with standard market prices.
  • After every successful sale, UKRA will deduct a pre-agreed commission rate and disburse the remaining sales amount to the vendor.

5. Order Processing and Packaging

  • After a customer places an order, the vendor must properly pack and prepare the product for delivery within the specified timeframe (e.g., 24 to 48 hours).
  • Packaging must be of high quality to ensure the product is not damaged in any way during transit.

6. Return and Refund Policy

  • If a customer receives a wrong, defective, or damaged product, the vendor is obligated to replace it or issue a refund at their own responsibility.
  • The vendor may have to bear the delivery charges for returned products (subject to the platform's policy).
  • If a product has a warranty, it is the vendor's sole responsibility to provide proper warranty services to the customer.

7. Payment and Settlement

  • The vendor’s payable amount will be transferred to their provided bank account or mobile banking account (e.g., bKash/Nagad) according to a specific payment cycle or schedule.
  • Payments will only be cleared for successfully delivered orders. No payments will be made for returned or canceled orders.

8. Prohibited and Illegal Products

Selling the following items is strictly prohibited on the UKRA platform:

  • Any illegal, stolen, or fake/replica products.
  • Intoxicants, drugs, or harmful chemicals.
  • Weapons, explosives, or any items banned by law.
  • Products containing adult or obscene content. Uploading such products will result in an immediate and permanent ban of the vendor account, and legal action may be taken.

9. Customer Service and Conduct

  • Vendors must respond to customer queries (Q&A) promptly and politely.
  • Under no circumstances can a vendor misbehave with or deceive a customer.

10. Account Suspension and Termination UKRA

reserves the right to suspend or terminate a vendor’s account at any time without prior notice if:

  • The vendor violates any rules stated in these terms and conditions.
  • There are repeated negative reviews or complaints from customers.
  • The vendor remains inactive for an extended period.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions UKRA

reserves the full right to change, expand, or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the vendors via the website or through formal notices.
